HOW DOES IT WORK?

WHEN SHOULD I SEND MY SAVE THE DATES AND WEDDING INVITATIONS?
Typically, Save the Dates are dispatched shortly after securing your wedding venue, usually around 8-12 months prior to your wedding date. Your Wedding Invites should then follow suit, approximately 4-6 months before the big day.
But fear not if you haven't sent Save the Dates! In such cases, consider sending out your Wedding Invites roughly 6-8 months ahead of your wedding, ensuring ample time for your guests to RSVP and allowing you to finalize guest numbers with ease.
WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY ON THE DAY STATIONERY?
I recommend that my clients place their orders for On the Day Stationery at least 6-8 weeks ahead of their wedding.
CAN I ORDER SAMPLES?
Absolutely! I sell sample boxes that have a variety of samples for you to look at. If you want something specific, please get in touch.
DO I GET PROOFS OF MY FINAL DESIGN?
Absolutely! Your quotation includes up to three digital proofs of any product design. This comprises of two revision rounds and a final proof. Please note that all digital proofs contain a watermark..
CAN I ADD MORE INVITATIONS AT A LATER DATE?
Should you wish to place an additional invitation order at a later time, kindly inform us. It's advisable to consider ordering approximately 10% - 15% more suites than required initially. This allows for any unforeseen last-minute guest additions or potential mishaps, such as invitations being lost in the post!
WHAT CAN I CUSTOMISE?

You have the flexibility to customise all the text, colour, and font choices on any of my pre made stationery or signage designs to match your preferences.
Of course! My 'print at home' option is a fantastic money-saving choice. You can either purchase one of my pre made designs as a high quality digital file or I can design your stationery for you and send you the final design as a digital file. This way you can either print your final invitations and signage on your own computer or at a local printers.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
For designs printed through Aura, the minimum quantity is 20.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
For our bespoke stationery, the production timeline can vary, typically falling within the range of 6-10 weeks, depending on your specific requests and any special finishing touches.
For customisable wedding stationery, you can generally expect a timeframe of approximately 3-4 weeks. However, please note that an exact schedule will be provided to you upon receipt of your quote, ensuring clarity regarding your order's completion.
